Studio Terms & Content Agreement

You accept these terms once, when you create or activate your Creator Studio profile. You do not re-sign them for every upload.

Each submission carries a short rights confirmation instead. If these terms change materially, WakeLuxz will ask you to accept the new version before continuing.

You keep ownership of the work you submit. Submitting work to the Creator Studio does not transfer copyright to WakeLuxz.

You grant WakeLuxz permission to display your published projects on WakeLuxz surfaces — profile, project pages, editorial features, social channels and promotional presentation of the Creator Studio — with credit.

For every submission you confirm that you have permission to upload and display the work, and that the information and credits provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not upload work you do not have the right to share, or work containing people, property or brands whose permission you have not obtained where permission is required.

Credit is central to the Studio. You may credit collaborators with a defined role, and they may accept or decline.

Accepting a credit confirms participation in the stated role only. It does not establish copyright ownership, licensing rights, royalty participation or ownership percentages.

You choose whether a project is Showcase Only, Open to Inquiries, or Available for Licensing.

Inquiries are introductions only. WakeLuxz does not licence, price or sell your work automatically, and any commercial arrangement is agreed separately in writing.

You can unpublish or delete your projects at any time. WakeLuxz may remove work that appears to breach these terms, infringe rights, or misrepresent credit.

Work produced by WakeLuxz Studio under a separate media or production agreement is governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that project.
